Not happy with customer service

Ordered broadband package on the 20th october and got told to wait for a credit check. However skip over 4 days later and to hear nothing. Everyday ringing customer service and being fobbed off with being told to wait till the end of the day. Today (25th october) been told that they have done the check and waiting for results. Credit checks should never take this long. Not happy and need this sorted!!
