Not happy with connection

I am a new virgin customer - I did the quick set up which worked easily and quickly. However, now my connection is very poor. In a call yesterday I dropped out twice and reconnected. During the call I got several alerts about poor connection. When I moved closer to the router I still had connection issues. This morning I am right next to the router but still have issues!! My speed is very poor for downloading and uploading as well as just searching!

Did you get the Hub activated ?

Activation number on 0800 953 9500 

 

I take it you are using Wi-Fi to connect to the Hub ?

What is your connection like with a direct connection using a Cat 5E/6 cable between the Hub and a 1Gbs capable Pc/Mac/Chromebook and no other devices connected ?
