Just joined Virgin and it seems like problem after problem. I was instructed that the previous tenant had used Virgin and so I should be able to quickstart - my router arrived today however the light is flashing green and I have no wifi. Upon inspection and research, it appears though a Sky engineer may have replaced the virgin media box and so there is no way for me to self install. I've attached a photo of the cables I have which won't let me connect.
I need wifi asap as I work remotely!!

You will only have been sent a QuickStart pack if the premises previously had VM. The box and cables may have been removed by the previous occupiers. There should be an omnibox, often brown or gray, on the outside of the premises, try tracing the cable/s from it. If no luck call the pre-installs team on 0800 052 1734 8AM- 9PM Monday - Friday or 8AM-6PM Saturday and Sunday

Thank you so much for your response, I did indeed find a virgin box outside of my flat and things appear to be moving along. Hopefully all will work from here
