Re: Northwest Leeds, problems for months, considering cancelling

Hi Paul,

I do usually check that yes - but there's generally a delay of a day or two before it actually admits to an area fault. It is now doing so, so... that answers the question.

I am however a bit concerned that we're bouncing from "area fault" to "fixed" to "area fault" a lot. It's been going on for a very long time now, and it's starting to raise questions like "when are we getting different broadband?". It would be nice to have some assurance that it won't be like this forever now...

Re: Northwest Leeds, problems for months, considering cancelling

Hi Eddie,

Thank you for coming back to me

Sometimes an area fault can take a little longer to be picked up this is due to not enough people reporting it in that specific area.

I do get where you are coming from and I understand you just wants a services you can rely on, we are making a lot of changes at the moment and are investing a lot of time and money in our network.

Kind regards

Paul
