Non delivery of tv box

I was supposed to recieve a new hub and v6 tv box. The hub arrived but no v6 box. Trying to contact virgin media is a joke even in these strange times most business are contactable, not just automated messages saying someone will contact you.

How on gods sweet earth do I let them know half the delivery didn't arrive?

You can either phone in (08:00 is the best time) or wait on here for a few days (6 to 7 days average) until one of the VM Forum Staff comes along.

If you wait on here Do Not bump the thread it will put it further down the VM 'to do list'.
