Ordered services a week ago. Got two emails, one containing pre-contract documents and one with an order summary, promising further comms with contract and delivery confirmation. No further emails, no account number meaning I physically cannot call in, and no router delivered on the requested date. I am a new customer and this lack of any info is appalling. Would appreciate help, otherwise will switch to another provider.
