No welcome email

ordered a student broadband package online but did not receive a welcome email. I have not received any email regarding my purchase. I received a text message letting me know that I can manage my subscription online but to do so need an account number from an email which I have not received.

Thanks for your message. I have still not received a welcome email from Virgin media. I have also had to change credit cards so will need to change payment method. How can I do this?
