No welcome email

Hi

i have not received my welcome email and I am not a month after setup, this means I cannot access the full services on offer or check and review my account. Please sort this asap

I'm sorry to hear you've not received anything from us since joining Virgin Media. I'm happy to take a look in to things but I've been unable to locate your account via your forum credentials. I will need to confirm some information with you in order for me to proceed with checks.
