I set up the £39 a month student deal last month, I was never sent a welcome email and therefore I have not been given an account number and cannot create an account to view my bills. I have not been charged anything despite giving my card details on making the account, and I don't want to be hit with a big bill when this is out of my control! The wifi was installed over a month ago.
