Signed up 7 weeks ago but have been away during house renovation.
No welcome email received, no account details accessible. No way of accessing my account or obtaining any information from virgin about it. No way of making contact by phone.
Not sure what to do except cancel my direct debit and switch to another provider. I’ve never experienced an incommunicado company like this.
