We're sorry to hear you're having an issue with creating a My VM account due to not receiving your welcome email yet.
Depending on when you ordered your services, it could be that the account is still being set up. It could also be that we have an incorrect email address.
We're not able to give you the account number via the Community but we can have a look and check the email address for you. In order to do that I will need to confirm some information with you.
