No welcome email/install confirmation

Meant to be having Internet/TV installed tomorrow but we’ve had no email or paperwork confirming this, we haven’t selected an install time as weren’t given this option so now someone has to be in all day tomorrow with no idea if or when anyone from Virgin will show. We’ve had absolutely no communication at all, can’t speak to anyone without an account number, which we don’t know because we haven’t received any emails from Virgin. What do we do?
