As per many on this forum, I have signed up to a Virign Media wifi package (M100 Fibre Broadband), recieved the email confirming an installation date and then... nothing.
It has now been 10 days since my given installation date and I have recieved zero correspondence from Virgin - and of course I can't speak to Virgin because no account number/contract has been sent.
Any help in sorting this ASAP would be very much appreciated.
