I signed up over phonecall as a new broadband only customer but have still not have any form of email since. Therefore I cannot register for a MyVirgin account as I do not have my account number or site ID. I cannot check whether the terms of my contract, or install date, are correct.

I have now received an email, however, when I try to create an account on MyVirgin, I get the DEF01 error code
