No wall sockets (Used Quick Start Service)

I have moved into a new home and my Virgin Media Hub 3 has just arrived but I have now realised the previous tenant must have removed the virgin media wall sockets from the house. I am therefore trying to contact someone to book a technician to install new wall sockets however I am unable to contact anyone through the phone lines. Does anyone know how I can book a technician to get this installed?

Thank you for your post and welcome to the community. 

 

I'm very sorry to hear you haven't got a wall socket. What we will need to do is get an engineer booked in to get this resolved for you. 

 

I will send you a private message to pass some data protection and get this arranged.
