No wall socket

Hi.

Ive received my new hub but i don't have a corresponding wall socket for the cable connector. I hace a VM box on the wall but it only has a LAN output.

If the box is square it’s not an Ethernet LAN outlet it’s a UK phone socket. The internal wall boxes are mostly oblong. Look for an omnibox on the outside of your property and try and trace the cable. Otherwise you will need a maned install and call pre-installs team on 0800 052 1734 8AM- 9PM Monday - Friday or 8AM-6PM Saturday and Sunday
