I have received my quick start kit today but I don't have wall socket. What should I do to get it fixed?

Firstly check the outside VM box and see if you can trace where the wire goes from it. Not all installations have an internal box, some just have a wire coming out of the wall.
If not successfully then Call pre-installs team on 0800 052 1734 8AM- 9PM Monday - Friday or 8AM-6PM Saturday and Sunday
