No wall socket

Recently ordered broadband only and was given the quick install pack, however i believe that the wall socket that is required has been taken off and may need a technician to come and do another one. But i cant seem to find anywhere to book/contact and get someone to come fix this

Just check if there is a trailing cable as not all installations have a wall socket.   Look outside for the VM box on the wall, and trace the wires inside.
