I sign up for vm broadband and I was offered self instalation kit . The kid arriving on Tuesday the 29.03.2022 

Today I been to the new flat to check and make sure I have vm soket or something but I couldn't find any wall somet from Vm . Just a open reach socket.  I found some other soket but I don't know what they are for . One is a TV socket and on the other one is saing -sat1 and under is a cable wich is for tv and the other one sat2  and under is the a cable and is saing fm/dab

I'm sorry to hear that you've not got a VM socket installed currently. This would mean we need to convert the visit to a manned install for you.
