Hello, we moved into our appartment a week ago and got a box from Virgin Media with all staff we need for broadband.
But it seems that we don't have correct socket to connect to. I am wondering if i can book an engineer on-line to check our sockets and install new one if the others don't work?

Call the pre-installs team on 0800 052 1734 8AM- 9PM Monday - Friday or 8AM-6PM Saturday and Sunday

Based you recommendation that I discovered in other posts I have tried to call the team but my problem was that I didn't understand some security related questions during the call. That is why I am wondering if I can use a chart or email to do this booking.
