I have recently got the QuickStart WiFi with no virgin wall socket the man on phone said I wouldn’t need one but think I did and not working.

Won’t let me upload an image as it’s too big to uplload a picture apparently

You can use apps to reduce the size of photo files.

Try looking for the outside omnibox and trace the wires from it. If no joy then you will need to phone  the pre-installs team on 0800 052 1734 8AM- 9PM Monday - Friday or 8AM-6PM Saturday and Sunday

Hey @Ryan12373,

Welcome to the community and thanks for taking the time to post your issue on the forums.

I'm sorry that you have been sent the quickstart package without a wall socket. Have you followed the instructions from @Tudor regarding the omni box (brown box) that should be on your external wall or have you been able to speak to the team to arrange a manned install for your services?
