Hello, ive tried calling and cant get through to book and engineer.
i dont have the box on the wall that you need to plug it into and dont know what to do.
any suggestions?

Sounds like you've had a QuickStart self-serve installation because of a previous resident at your address having VM services. If you don't have the co-ax connections in the location you need them, it's time for a manned installation instead.
You can either call in to arrange this (0345 4541111 from any non-VM phone) or wait here a day or so for staff to pickup.
