Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome both here and to Virgin Media, sorry to see you no longer have our connections in your property and wasn't able to install our services yourself, as advised it is common for the connections to be removed either by the home owner of on installation of a new service, I was able to find you on our system with the details we have for you, I can see you have spoken to us and arranged for a technician, if you need to change this you can do this Via your Online Account, if you haven't set one up yet you can also do that Via the link.
