I’ve got a broadband only package with a self install and yet the cable doesnt fit into the wall socket. I’ve tried calling the various numbers for help but every call seemingly fails.
please advise as to what to do now.
Call this one the pre-installs team on 0800 052 1734 8AM- 9PM Monday - Friday or 8AM-6PM Saturday and Sunday, don’t know about today as it’s a Bank Holiday.
What numbers have you tried?
General CS is 0345 4541111, pre-installs are a direct dial on 0800 0521734

Post a photo of the sockets. Also note not all have sockets, some just have a cable. Trace the cables from outside if you can.
