No virgin media wall socket

I was under the impression that because virgin checked we could get it in our flat we would have the plug already but it appears not - how do we get a wall socket for broadband and how do I speak to a human instead of going through multiple security checks online and on phone to not be able to get an answer!!!

Call the Pre-installation and delivery team on 0800 052 1734 or 0345 454 1111 and book a Tech install
