I've just moved into a property and I'm trying to set up my Virgin Fibre broadband. I'm at the stage where I need to plug the isolator cable into the Virgin Media wall socket. However, I do not have any of the specified wall sockets available. I was told when purchasing the broadband package that fibre was available here and already in use, so am wondering if I'm missing something. I can only find the TV socket. Please help. Thanks.

Hi all, i am having the same issue. II have received my package 2 days ago but I can’t complete the set up due to a lack of a Virgin Media wall socket.

Hello Virgin Media,
we moved into a new house. There is no fibre socket in this house. There is one Ethernet connection point and socket with a circle on the wall. May I know which one I can connect. But there are 2 wires leading which can be plugged in the hub. I tried both the wires, it didn’t set up the WiFi. Also tried the Ethernet, not much luck.
can you pls contact me so that you could assist ?
the 2 wires end up inside the wall, I cannot see further where it is leading to.
