No virgin media wall socket

Hi there,

I have exactly the same issue as Kirkby in the below community chat:

I have no Virgin Media Wall Socket to connect my hub to. My hub arrived today with a quick start guide. The houses around me are connected which is maybe why you thought my house would be too. I didn’t know I needed the wall socket before buying.

Please can you help as I’d love to get the wifi up and running ASAP?

I am sorry to hear that you have had some issues with getting up and running.

Hi Zak!

Thanks for coming back to me -

I tried to call and get in touch via the website about it but none of the resolution options they gave me fit the issue I have.

I’ve got an engineer coming tomorrow so at least I can show him the problem. If there’s a better way to get it sorted please do let me know!
