My quick start kit arrived today. There are some very ancient cables outside coming out of the ground that look like they have been pulled out of the wall by a previous tenant and satellite cables stuffed through hole instead. I need a new virgin connection inside my home.

You need to call the pre-installs team on 0800 052 1734 8AM- 9PM Monday - Friday or 8AM-6PM Saturday and Sunday

Thanks I have already tried that number, waited about 20mins to get through and they said I needed to speak to pre install and then put me on silent hold and after 5mins the call was ended - not by me

Update .. now have an engineer booked in for next Friday
