Hi,
Virgin dug up our road 2 years ago to lay the fibre, but my neighbour and I didn’t get the black boxes outside our house like all my neighbours.
It says on the online service checker that Virgin is not available, but my other neighbour can get it??????

yes I have registered for updates.
I’ve even spoken to someone who says we are in the build schedule for the next 6months.
but what I don’t understand is how they dig up a street and all my neighbours can access Virgin, but they’ve missed 2 houses completely out???

Hi yea please forward my request on to the relevant team, I just don’t understand why you would Kay the lines for the rest of my street and the surrounding area, but leave 2 properties out.
