No virgin media port

Just recieved my new router as a new customer. I don't have a virgin media wall bow how do I get one as I now have no Internet. Fumming

They only issue quick start packs to addresses that have had a VM connection previously..

So either it is there but just well hidden/concealed or some one has removed it without informing VM

In any case, Call the Pre-installation and delivery team on 0800 052 1734 and book a Tech install


I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired, 2 on WiFi) Hub5 in modem mode with Apple Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's & TP-Link Archer C64 WAP. On Volt 350Mbps, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.

& explain what is needed to complete the install.

If an engineer visit is offered - accept that.

Sorry to hear of the lack of Virgin Media connection port.

Can you please confirm if you've been able to request an engineer to install the services for you?
