Just recieved my new router as a new customer. I don't have a virgin media wall bow how do I get one as I now have no Internet. Fumming

Call the Pre-installation and delivery team on 0800 052 1734 & explain what is needed to complete the install.
If an engineer visit is offered - accept that.

Sorry to hear of the lack of Virgin Media connection port.
Can you please confirm if you've been able to request an engineer to install the services for you?
