I signed up today for phone,tv and broadband went through the dign up and it said I already have connections at property from previous tenants so selected self installation. After my order went through I have checked everywhere for these boxes on the wall and there is nothing spare from phone socket. Please help

The VM connection may be a loose coax cable, it is not always a wall socket.
The landlord / letting agent would need to approve in writing before VM are permitted to any digging, cable laying or wall drilling.
