No tracking number

Just joined

I signed up to virgin on Monday and had no issues, they advised that my set up would be delivered today (31/08/23). I have been waiting in my new flat all morning into the afternoon for this delivery, to receive an email about a credit check. I’ve received no tracking number, just an order number. I have no clue what to do, any suggestions? I’ve been trying to phone but without an account number I can’t speak to anyone
