Yesterday got a text from Yodel saying today I would get a 2 hour slot for when my delivery would be delivered. It's now the afternoon and I have no slot mentioned or email or text from Yodel. I am concerned I will not be receiving the package today. Yodel support said they didnt know when it would be delivered?!
I have had a lot of delivery's from Yodel over the last couple of weeks and have never been notified of any delivery slot, if you have the tracking reference you can check on their website which shows a map and how many deliveries the driver has to make before you, they will not show the approx time until the driver has the actual package.
