No text from yodel

Hi, 

I was told yesterday that I'd get a text from yodel today telling me my 2hr slot for broadband delivery. It's after 6pm and still nothing. 

How can I find out what's going on? I've tried registering with virgin media to see if I can access order details, but got told when I called that it would take a week(!?!?) for my registration to activate

Thanks for your post and welcome to the forums. It's great having you on board with us in the Community. 

I'm sorry to hear that you're having an issue getting information on your delivery as well as registering for My VM. 

Checking this end I can see the equipment has been delivered and your account is now active. You should be able to register for my VM now but if not, pop back and let us know what error you are getting so we can help you further.
