Delivery for today but confimation text from yodel
You should be able to track your order by logging into your 'My Virgin Media' account.
Then scroll down to the 'Track My Order' link ...
I’ve checked open presets but nothing showing, new router due today and had text from virgin to state this
Should have said open orders
So when you click on 'Find Out More' on the purple 'Track My Orders' box, do you get a message saying:
If you've placed an order within the last 24 hours, please wait one full day for this to show.
If you still can't see an order this time, contact us to find out more.
If so, you might need to click the link on your 'My Virgin Media' and contact them to find the status of your order, especially if it is due today.

Have you been able to track your order for any further updates?
Ive still not managed to track my order and it’s not turned up yet. I have a test message from Virgin stating that it was going to be delivered on the 6th.
