No text from yodel confirming delivery

Hello,

Signed up to a contract on friday and was told my services and hardware would be delivered today. Yodel text me yesterday stating they’d inform me of a 2 hour delivery slot for today but they’ve not got in contact. 

There is no tracking number etc to follow up and they’ve yet to get in touch. 

Can anyone help?

I did check a few things and can see that you have now activated the equipment
