No text/email from Yodel

Hello,

My QuickStart box is supposed to arrive tomorrow (5th September) and so far I have not received sms or email from Yodel regarding the delivery window. Have checked junk/spam folder as well but nothing.

please can you check when I can receive my box? I’m regularly working from home and really need to set up Wi-Fi asap.

Please. let us know if you have any tracking information about the postage as well, we'd be happy to best assist you with it if you're still not received this.
