No sign of my kit after six days

I still have not received my self-start broadband kit after six days - it was meant to be delivered on 29/10/2022.  it has not been delivered and I have received no contact from Yodel.  I went to the Yodel depot today to try to pick it up and they said they cannot find it.  My girlfriend has not been able to work for a week as she needs an internet connection at home to do her job.  This situation is getting a bit desperate now and I would appreciate any advice or help.  I will also be billed by Virgin for a week's broadband that I haven't been able to use and I do not think this is fair.

Hi Ajt2011,

Thanks for your post and welcome to the forums. It's great having you on board with us in the Community.

We're sorry to hear you've had issues with receiving your kit.

I can see my colleague Matthew has already replied to your thread here: No sign of my kit after six days and that you're already in a private conversation with him.
Please make sure you are only posting once about your issue. If you need to update the thread then just reply to your original thread rather than creating a new one. We understand it's frustrating when something's not right however posting more than once about the same fault makes the boards look busier than what they actually are. It also means we could take longer to reply due to needing to sift through duplicate posts.
Have a look at Matthew's reply on the other thread and stick with that one so we keep all the information in one place.
Thanks,
