My internet stopped working two weeks ago, I booked an engineer on line and waited all but no show, I complained and was told the engineer would come the next day, waited again and again a no show with no explanation as to why, the engineer was booked a third time for today and still no show, I have been told that nothing can be done unit after 4.00pm. This is the worst customer service I have ever received, virgin media should be ashamed.
