No self-install pack (or account no)

Hi,

My self install pack was due to arrive yesterday but I still haven’t received it. Also, I’ve never had an email confirming an account number so I can’t even log into anything to track the order.

I did have an email confirming my order has been placed and the pack would arrive yesterday. 

Can anyone help?
