No router, no account number

Hi there!

I have been trying to join virgin media for my new flat and after ordering everything I’m now in limbo.

I can’t call since I don’t have an account number and because of that I can’t track my router of which the delivery is late. I really need this for work at the beginning of next week so, what should I do?
