No reward voucher for new customer and no cashback after 5 months now!

I blame myself to chosen Virgin media. 

Poor customer service

Finally CISAS  resolved my problem with crappy Virgin.

After multiple complaint and ignored by Virgin I had reported this to CISAS.

£75 Credit received thanks to CISAS.
