So finally answer from Virgin Team

We would like to inform you that after investigation we have found that Eden Red have sent the voucher out on the 21st February without any issue to the registered email address, the email wasn’t bounced back. As per T&C’s from Eden Red, if customers do not redeem the vouchers within 90 days of them being sent they are revoked.
· The voucher expired on the 21st May therefore, you will no longer be able to redeem the voucher. For any further queries you may connect with our customer service by texting them on the number mentioned below.

I have never received any email from Eden Red
Virgin is crap, be aware of any offers from Virgin offering voucher when you sing contract with them. You will never get it, and at the end end you will get message: We sent voucher 4 months ago but it was not redeem within 90 days. What a joke!!!
