I cancelled my TV package (kept the internet) and was told I would be sent a returns box to return my V6 box and nothing has been sent out (was cancelled nearly 2 months ago).
I've never had an email or anything to say I need to return it. Am I safe to just bin it?
I'm definitely not calling as it's bad enough waiting ages on hold!

Which TV set top box do you have? (I realise you said V6, but just to be sure)

If it's the older TIVO then it doesn't need returning.
