No power to router

Doesn’t appear to be any power to my router so I have no WiFi and can’t use apps catch up or demand on Tv.
Have booked a technician but earliest is Saturday which is disappointing but also concerned that I’ve not been asked any questions so will technician bring new router with them in case that is the issue or will I then need to wait longer for delivery of that??

I feel that this could potentially be solved quicker by talking through over the phone and sending me a new router - I’m a bit of a technophobe but think even I could plug in a new router?

The technician will have spare Hubs in the van.  It may be the power supply and not the Hub, so best to let the technician investigate.
