No order details on new hub

Joining in

I signed up to virgin last week and been told that my set up would be delivered today on 13/11/23. I’ve received no tracking number, just an order reference. Ive gotten no official welcome email with no with any account number only the order confirmation and that’s it so cant contact anyone to get something sorted.

Any ideas?

I'm so sorry to hear that there's been a delay in getting your equipment delivered and installed. Have you been in contact with the team at all since your post here? What does the document state exactly?
