I placed an order for WiFi package on Tues 21/11 and chose the delivery date of 24/11 (today). I received the ‘pre-contract’ documents and the ‘order summary’ but I have yet to have my order/delivery confirmed, or receive any contract details or account number.

Just to confirm, are you a new customer or an existing customer that's signed up for new services?
If new, do any of your documents state that you'll need to do anything or wait x amount of time for an update?
