Hello,
On the 19th January, I subscribed to a Virgin Media contract for broadband and booked an installation date (13th February). The day after, I received an email from the Web Team, asking me for some information about the landlord of my place. I sent them all the requested information on 27th January. On the agreed day of the installation, nobody came and when I called them, they told me that they had not received the info that I had actually sent, and that they would come back to me this week to set up another date. I tried to call them several times this week, with no success, and I re-emailed them the requested information but I do not receive any answer. At this point, I am not even sure they are receiving my emails...
It is very annoying as my housemates and I are key workers and can barely afford to spend more time with no Internet connexion, and the fact that they are unreachable by phone and email does not give a great image for a company specialised in telecommunications.
Since I am not an actual customer yet, I cannot even file a complaint with the appropriate form.
What should I do?
