No new customer paperwork

Signed up to broadband 3 weeks ago, equipment came and was set up no problem but I have heard nothing else from virgin i.e my account number, contract or the paper direct debit form we were supposed to receive due to payments coming from a joint bank account. Tried to call but as I don't know my account umber and haven't yet set up account security, I was unable to get any resolution over the phone. God knows how to view and pay my first bill! Can a VM mod please look into this?
