No internet

Hello, Hub 3 connected and wifi green light blinking. No internet. Try to call virgin support over phone, no response very pathetic service

is this a new self install - if so have you activated the hub - 0800 953 9500 - again if a self install check all connections are tight

if you are happy it looks ok then you need to ring and book a tech

if its an old install and light is flashing then there is a fault - that may clear is VM are working on something in your area however you should call it in as a fault and book a tech
